A Great Piece of Equipment, October 5, 2011 This review is from: XLS Trainer (Misc.) I had the TG 2000 for many years and loved it. The issue I had with it was while doing squats you had to use the pull up bar which really hurt the balls of your feet. The TG XLS is very similar to the TG 2000 but is 100% more comfortable and easy to move from one setting to the next. The lock system eliminates you having to adjust the pins like before. A great feature on XLS.
I bought the TG XLS new from their website because they offered a trade in deal on my TG 2000. The best part of my purchase was that the XLS included a lot of extras: the workout cards and holder, 4 dvds, the pilates kit, the upper body attachements, pullup bar, and the upgraded platform (this is now on all models). The XLS was easy to set up and I was working out in minutes. The XLS is great. The best part of the TG workouts is the versitility and the stretch you get while performing the exercises. Effective, easy, and inviting physical therapy & exercise, January 25, 2011 By Papusza "od Tuczne" (New York) - See all my reviews This review is from: XLS Trainer (Misc.) I could not really move well and became completely sedentary after an injury turned arthritis put me in bed mode for over a year. The guided platform and precise movements are used by physical therapists and they say this is a therapists machine, but whichever, it worked to strengthen an immobile body to pretty good movement ready to move on to aerial yoga. I could not even try all the movements or attachments I have after a year, so most are new and unused. I live in 500 sq. ft, so the size is a problem, but folded it becomes unobtrusive even in my small space. I highly recommend this for older people as well as young. It is efficient and huge boost for anyone wanting to build muscle and strength.
