I have been using it for about a week and it has increased my edurance, loss excessive weight, increased muscle mass and strength. I still have not added the full capacity of the vest Im barely putting on 80 lbs. and its a heck of a workout! My pull ups have increased by five extra sets and as well as reps. push ups are very challenging when wearing the vest. Overall this product was a wonderful investment. What better way to invest on Health!!!!
