The Prospot Fusion series (HG-1, HG-6 and SSG) is awesome. I work at an NCAA leading football university and we put the guys through heavy yet safe workouts on these things. Since it was a fraction of the cost of other products (who don't have grab-n-go technology for safety), I picked one up for my house. I bought the HG-6 and can do every exercise I can think out of it without the need of a spotter. Highly recommend it!

My husband & I are both avid fitness enthusiasts and purchased the Prospot SSG recently. The sensor technology is simply amazing! & like no other home gym available! The fact that we can train as if using a free weight bar, with free range of motion, yet have a built in spot is great! You can do a full body workout with this gym & it even looks good & folds up to a 4'x2' area & that's it! I highly recommend this to everyone considering buying a home gym!

I got the SSG at my local store (Busy Body/Gyms To Go). The salesperson took the time to show me how the unit folds up. That plus the "spotting" sensor bar did it for me. In my bedroom in my apartment now. Heck, I can throw a sheet over it if I don't want it visible. Works like a charm. Highly recommended, especially for those that don't have a lot of room, this one is perfect.
