Simple but effective, February 8, 2012 This review is from: AB-Inforcer� (Health and Beauty) The Ab-inforcer has really helped to strengthen my core muscles. The lighted remote device lets me know if I am doing the exercise correctly and optimizing my workout. Hence the expression: keep your lights on. If you're using the muscles correctly, the lights on the remote will turn on. If not, you make adjustments. As my abs have become stronger, my low back pain has been reduced. It's a lightweight, simple but effective helper to prevent further injury. I can recommend the Ab-inforcer without hesitation. I love it!
No more lower back pain!, February 1, 2012 This review is from: AB-Inforcer� (Health and Beauty) Before I started using the AB-inforcer I had constant pain and stiffness in my lower back. I don't know if it was caused by carrying around my young son, pilates, yoga, life... but nothing I tried to fix it worked. I had been told it might be arthritis and that spinal fusion surgery might help. Yikes! Luckily, I found the AB-inforcer. Within two months my back pain was gone! I've been pain free for a year now and know that it was simply a matter of not exercising with the correct postural awareness. The AB-inforcer is a no-brainer for anyone who has back pain. I consider it a life saver!

For 5 years I have had lower back pain,neck pain and sever headaches. My Doctor increased my med's but that did not help. I was going to physical therapy for 5 years 2 times a week but I was still getting worse, my pain my walking my muscles and my posture was getting weaker. When I had my 6 month check-up in January 2008 with my Neurologist, he said in 6 months to a year I will need somthing to help me walk. I did some research to see if there is an exercise I can do to help me with my pain, posture and get my legs stronger. If you don't have good posture you won't have good balance. I found an exercise called the Ab-Inforcer and I contacted the inventor(Lee Brandon). I asked her if the Ab-Inforcer has ever been used by someone with PD. She said no but after telling her a little about PD and what I was looking for in an exercise, she was willing to give it a try with me.
