I really enjoy it. However, the gym does come in 7 boxes strapped to a pallet. The numbers in the instruction book do not correspond to the hardware numbers so it is a guessing game. Allow at least 7-8 hours to put this thing together.
Meets my home exercise needs exactly., February 6, 2011 Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Powerline P1LP Home Gym with Leg Press (Sports) I've used the Powerline home gym now for about two months. It is very well built and easy to put together. I bought and added the extra 50-pounds of plates to take the system up to 210 pounds total. Maybe in the future I would need more weight, but by doing more sets for each muscle group, and using drop sets, I figure those 210 pounds will be more than enough to improve my size and strength for a long time.
What I really like about the system is that you can do so many different exercises. It's helpful that it comes with several different accessories. I work out alone most of the time, so it's a plus that a home gym makes it safer to do heavy chest, leg and deltoid presses.
I purchased other Body-Solid products (flat bench, dumbbell set and rack). It's quality equipment.
