Great product, June 20, 2011 By  ACustomer - See all my reviews Amazon Verified Purchase( What's this?) This review is from: Calf & Squat System (Misc.) For the money this is as excellent resource for the home gym. It has a small and short footprint that is ideal for low basements and yet is solid enough to load up to 1000 lbs. One thing to consider before buying is it's height. You have to squat down to some degree to crawl into it. But that wasn't a problem for me. A minor complaint is that the yoke part supporting the plates sometimes scrapes against the support on side when doing a rep. This is due to a slight misalignment in the build. Other than that, this is a great machine. I recommend it. Note: I've decided to change my review to a 5 star rating.The issue with the yoke is easily resolved by loosening the bolts where it pivots and realigning the yoke.
