I own several pieces from Body Solid and this one lives up to the expectation set by the others: well engineered, well built, good assembly instructions. I'm over 200 pounds and this gear doesn't flinch. It's more expensive than something you'd get from the local sporting goods store but the fact they send along touch-up paint is revealing. This apparatus will be needing to have it's nicks and scuffs touched up long after lesser gear is heading to the dump. Wish it was a little higher, but I guess it's good for a home gym. I'm 5'9 and I can't hang with legs straight. It didn't take much to put it together. It's definitly sturdy. I weigh 245lbs and have no problems with it. Overall it's good for pull ups, chin ups, dips and knee raises. Probably worth the price. This review is from: Body Solid Deluxe Vertical Knee Raise and Dip Station Power Tower GVKR82 (Sports) This chin up/knee raise/dip station is EXACTLY what I was looking for. I compared many models, both at local sporting goods stores and high end fitness stores along with several different online vendors. Amazon and Fitness Factory offered the best product for the price and with superior quality. I purchased a refurbished floor model but it came very quickly and it excellent condition. There were a few minor nicks but those were quickly repaired with the touch up paint that was included in the shipment. I am 6'3" and 200 pounds and this unit offers zero wiggle when I do any of the exercises on it. This is working perfect for my P90X workouts and I look forward to using it for many years to come.
